There will be a public meeting at City Hall on Tuesday, March 7th, at 7 PM. A representative will be here to discuss plans for the Smoky Mountain Greenway trail that will connect Knoxville to Townsend and the steps Blount County is taking for the phase that will come out of Townsend and head west.
