The Board of Zoning Appeals hears certain appeals of denials of building permits by the City’s Planning Commission or Building Official.
An applicant can request a variance from the BZA or appeal an administrative interpretation of the Zoning Code.
The Mayor schedules BZA meetings as needed to hear appeals.
