Anticipating that the Townsend Board of Commissioners will appoint new members to the Board of Zoning Appeals on Jan 3rd, there will be a scheduled meeting of the BZA on January 9th after the Planning Commission meeting. Any appeals for the BZA to be addressed on the 9th must be submitted to the City Manager by the end of day on January 3rd.
If no new members are appointed and no appeals submitted, this BZA meeting will be cancelled.
