  Jeff Jopling Band and Tate Reynolds. Festivities will begin beside Highla
 nd Manor Inn &amp\; Conference Center around 6 p.m. with the bands schedul
 ed to perform starting at 7:30 p.m. The Townsend Area Volunteer Fire Depar
 tment will start the fireworks show at dark thirty so bring your lawn chai
 rs and join us for some food\, fun\, and fireworks!\n\nHighland Manor Inn 
 &amp\; Conference Center is located at 7766 E. Lamar Alexander Pkwy.
